The Blue Hills Guesthouse

Residential and hotel architecture

The Blue Hills Guesthouse, established in a seaside resort, consists of eight guest-house-duplexes containing multipurpose space. The scope of this residential project is to create a modern holiday complex providing comfortable vacations and various summertime activities for families and individual clients. The entire landscape arrangement includes a parking, a green space with playground, and a recreational area combined with a wellness room. Buildings were designed as contemporary units with minimalistic facades in pale white and gray tones with timber claddings. Gable roofs are covered with graphite steel plating. Each two-story apartment, with a simple layout, contains a large room with a self-catering annex, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
